At 35-storeys and 165m (540ft) high British Land’s The Broadgate Tower is London’s third tallest building and is now 48% let. Together with its neighbouring 13-storey building, 201 Bishopsgate, which is in turn 88% let, the development provides a total of 800,000 sq ft of office accommodation.

The development, which was designed by architects Skidmore Owings & Merrill and constructed by main contractor Bovis Lend Lease, comprises two adjoining buildings, a major new public space and a galleria that will house shops, bars and cafes.  CO2 emissions will be 40% less than required by Building Regulations and approximately 20% (by value) of the materials used have been recycled.

559 Doorsets were supplied to the project with fire ratings of 30 and 60 minutes integrity and sound reduction of up to 39RwdB – all were primed for on-site painting so as to match the doorsets within the internal environment.
